I don’t think I’ve ever read this before:
“45mph on some highways” So....in the state of Virginia which is a huge ass state, the concept of “a faster method of transportation with vehicles” doesn’t exist. A highway/expressway is supposed to be that; cars going at a higher rate of speed to get where they need to go. Also adding a benefit of not having too much traffic on normal roads.
Did some major incident in Virginia cause this to happen?
Are there a abundant amount of senior citizen in Virginia?
Is the state in a slump funds wise?
Are all the amenities in the state of Virginia somehow within 20min of each other facilitating this lower speed limit? (that would actually be some feat of modern engineering)
